We are very pleased to have MaryAnn as our Agent in the search for our new home as of March 2018.  I met MaryAnn during a Showing of one of her Properties she had for Lease back in January 2018.  The moment I met her I knew she would be a great Agent to work with.  She is very Friendly and easy to talk to and listens to what your needs are.  She knows you are not just looking for an asset but for a "home" which is so important.  We already had our home for sale in Dundas with another Agent, however, I would have not known it because she took so much interest in helping with suggestions for the sale of our home.  She kept us updated on the Market, and most importantly kept encouraging us during the time when the markets had slowed down in our area.

Recently I had the privilege of dealing with MaryAnn Kewin who represented my mother in the sale of her condominium.  MaryAnn was very patient and understanding when dealing with my elderly mother.  She was extremely well prepared and knowledgeable when presenting my mother with statistical and other pertinent information to determine a fair and reasonable listing price.  She explained past and current prices and trends within the neighbourhood which were relevant to the situation.
